E C Land Surveyors (ECLS) is a Veteran owned company that believes in values and work ethic. The company was established by partners; Shawn Rumberger and Darrell Taylor in August 2008. The partners bring together a combined 32 years of field and office experience. E C Land Surveyors is fully staffed with three CAD drafters utilizing the latest version of Autocad as well as three field crews utilizing two robotic total stations as well as a two-man conventional set-up. ECLS also operates Static & RTK GPS for establishing vertical and horizontal control and GPS grade utility location.
